OSRS STR Calc Formula
The OSRS STR Calc formula is Damage needed = Strength XP remaining ÷ 4.
Strength XP remaining = XP at target level − current XP
Damage needed = ⌈Strength XP remaining ÷ 4⌉
Hours = Strength XP remaining ÷ XP per hour
- XP at target level comes from the standard OSRS experience table.
- The aggressive melee style gives 4 Strength XP per damage.
- Damage rounds up to the next whole point.
